I. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the Tarot Archives and making use of its readings, library, or any other feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Entry. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from using the Archives.

II. Nature of the Service

The Tarot Archives provides tarot card readings and interpretive text for the sole purposes of entertainment and personal self-reflection. The readings generated by this site do not constitute professional advice of any kind — whether psychological, financial, medical, legal, or spiritual.

The cards offer a reflection of the soul's current mirror; they do not dictate the path of the feet. No reading should be understood as a prediction of future events or a directive for action.

III. Limitation of Liability

The Tarot Archives, its creators, and its contributors shall not be held liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or consequences arising from the use of readings or interpretive content provided by the Archives.

You acknowledge that all readings are algorithmically generated from a randomised deck and pre-written interpretive texts, and that no supernatural, divinatory, or prophetic accuracy is claimed or implied.

IV. Age Requirement

The Archives is intended for adults aged 18 years and older. By using this service, you affirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. The Tarot Archives does not knowingly provide its services to minors.

V. Intellectual Property

The card images used by the Tarot Archives are reproductions of the 1909 Rider–Waite–Smith deck, which resides in the public domain.

All original text — including card interpretations, synthesis narratives, and interface copy — is the intellectual property of the Tarot Archives and may not be reproduced without permission.

VI. User Conduct

You agree to use the Archives in a manner consistent with its intended purpose. Commercial scraping, automated access, or redistribution of the Archives's interpretive content is prohibited without express written consent.

VII. Amendments

These Terms of Entry may be revised as the Archives evolves. Continued use of the Tarot Archives following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent amendment appears at the head of this page.

VIII. Governing Provisions

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Archives's operator resides. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
