When The Star appears upright, the querent has come through the upheaval of The Tower and stands in its aftermath. This is the stage of the journey where calm returns and the wound begins to close. The card asks the querent to be honest about what has been lost and patient with what is being rebuilt. Inspiration is real here, but it does not arrive as a thunderclap; it arrives as steady clarity, a sense that the way forward exists even if it is not yet fully visible. Trust that. Reversed

Reversed, The Star points to a loss of faith or a refusal of the very hope being offered. The querent may be holding on to disappointment as a kind of protection, expecting little so as not to be hurt again.
